Coffee roasting is the process of transforming green coffee beans into the aromatic, flavorful beans that we grind and brew to make coffee. The roasting process involves applying heat to the raw green beans, causing them to undergo chemical and physical changes, and ultimately bringing out the flavors and aromas that we associate with coffee.

We use only 100% Arabica beans, sourced from different regions worldwide.

We roast our coffee on a weekly basis to ensure maximum freshness. All of our beans are roasted in small batches and shipped within a few days of roasting. Therefore ensuring that you receive the freshest possible coffee every time.

To keep your coffee fresh, store your beans in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing them in the fridge or freezer, as this can introduce moisture and degrade the beans’ quality. If you’ve purchased ground coffee, it’s best consumed within a few days for the best flavor.

Our JoVi by the Pound offer is available in-store only.

Yes, we offer a decaf coffee option. Our decaf beans are processed using the Swiss Water Method, which is a chemical-free process that retains the natural flavors of the coffee without the caffeine.

Yes, we offer a coffee subscription service where you can receive freshly roasted coffee delivered to your door on a regular basis. You can customize the frequency and quantity to fit your preferences. Subscriptions are a great way to always have fresh beans on hand.
