Our Holiday Blend is a delicious mix of our Honduran, Guatemalan, and Ethiopian coffees. It contains a mixture of chocolate, citrus and caramel notes.
At JoVi Coffee Roasters we use only 100% Arabica beans. It is carefully selected in high altitude regions. The quality of the green coffee we source, and the meticulous attention to the roasting process gives each of our selections a score of 84 and above. This ensures that our coffee has a fantastic aroma and flavor. 
High quality coffee is carefully grown, processed, and brewed to highlight its best flavors. Many specialty coffee producers prioritize fair trade, organic farming, and environmentally friendly practices. Like wine, coffee is professionally graded by certified Q-graders. It must score 80+ to be considered specialty coffee. Roasters treat beans like a canvas, carefully adjusting roast levels to highlight natural flavors.
