Peru EP Fair Trade and certified Organic coffee from Cooperative Agraria Cafetalera José Olaya Ltda was founded in 1966 to assist members to harvest, process and trade their coffee and have focused on teaching organic and eco-friendly practices. Established in the Quellouno District, Province of Convención, Cusco. This coffee from Cusco, Peru is grown in altitudes of 900 – 1800M. It is a washed process and sun dried. The result of this process gives the coffee flavor notes of chocolate, hazelnut and lemongrass, scoring 85.75.
